CAERUS joins the Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Property Industry

CAERUS Debt Investments AG (CAERUS) is a new member of the Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Property Industry (ICG). The organisation, whose members are active in various sectors of the real estate industry, has set itself the goal of setting standards for value-oriented, sustainable corporate governance in the German real estate industry. This applies in particular to leadership, organisation, risk management, compliance and professionalisation.

Michael Morgenroth, CEO of CAERUS, on the reasons for this: "Due to our institutional background, the topic of governance has been part of our corporate philosophy from the very beginning. As we support the principles of value-oriented corporate governance developed by the ICG, joining the organisation was only logical and represents a further addition to our ESG activities as part of our sustainability strategy. We look forward to a constructive dialogue with the other members."
